How Churn Makes Money

Churn earns revenue from optional Churn Pro subscriptions. Some links to card issuers may also be affiliate links: if you apply through one and are approved, Churn may receive a commission from the issuer or an affiliate network, at no cost to you.

An affiliate link is labelled as one where it appears. A link without that label is an ordinary link to the issuer's site and earns Churn nothing.

Rankings Are Not For Sale

Affiliate relationships never affect how Churn ranks, orders or recommends cards, anywhere on the site or in the apps. Rankings and recommendations come from the same rewards engine for every card in our catalog, based on each card's published terms and on your own wallet and spending. A card that pays a commission is not placed higher, and a card that doesn't is not placed lower or left out.

Not All Offers Are Included

Churn does not include all credit card companies or all available credit card offers. The absence of a card or issuer does not constitute a negative assessment of it.

Editorial Independence

Opinions expressed on this site are the author's alone, and have not been reviewed, approved, or otherwise endorsed by any card issuer. Editorial content — including card reviews, comparisons, and strategy guides on our blog — is not provided or commissioned by any bank, card issuer, or advertiser. Reward rates, signup bonuses, annual fees, and benefits described on this site can change at any time and may be out of date; always confirm current terms on the issuer's own application page before applying.
